Got my timing belt, tensioner, water pump, serpentine belt done here on my 2010 Accord Crosstour and it's running phenomenal. Updated post trip. Zero issues. Will definitely bring my car here again.

Wonderful experience! They fixed my car in hours, the woman at the front desk is incredibly sweet, and my car drives like a dream again! The estimate before they started working on her was a relief, thank you so much!!

I took my car to two different shops and they couldn't figure out the problem with my AC. I dropped my car off here the night before my appointment. They called me the next day and told me my AC was working. They only charged me for one hour of diagnostic. Not the cheapest place but worth it. I am more than happy with the service.

Tech is rude and Iβm sure he deals with people like me often because the front desk tells the customer one number over the phone and once you actually get to your appointment the final total is twice if not thrice that. If you need a quote for a job always ask for the tech. Better yet go somewhere else because they are not a team. Their hourly rate is more expensive than your dealership. Most dealerships offer vet discounts too, here they do not. The fact that they cost more per hour and make you drop off your car for the day also goes to show that they are not good with scheduling. If youβre a woman in an auto shop learn about the business, look up quotes, youβre not a cashier. My mom comes here and she will not be coming back. 2 stars for charging me a fair price for my alignment per quote from front desk female clerk. Sabina Air Force vet retired F-16 mechanic

Wanted to send my van over for work to be done. Called on Monday, and the receptionist couldnβt have sounded more uninterested to take the call. I had some questions, wanted my van towed to the shop, and wanted to speak to a tech beforehand. She quickly tried to end the call by saying someone would call back. She didnβt ask for a name or number. When I asked if she wanted that, she said βokβ. I was told Iβd receive a call back on Monday, and heard nothing. Called before the end of the day and was assured someone would call before the end of the day. Nothing. I called back Tuesday, and explained that I want to have my van towed to the shop, but had questions beforehand. She once again assured someone would call, and never received a call back. Rude receptionist, and total lack of interest in earning the business of a family who owns multiple Toyota vehicles. Oh wellβ¦I tried to support local business, but at least the dealership will call me back.
